status of 0xc0000354

Good morning, I'm having a problem while trying to load
XP. I get through most of the installation, then when
the computer reboots, it hangs for a moment, and then I
get the blue screen message....

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000354 (0x00000000
0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

If anyone has an idea of what might be causing this, I
would appreciate any input. Thanks!~

Thanks for the reply, Carey....but I haven't been able to
find any information on this particular error.
oxc0000354....I can't find it anywhere...I was hoping
maybe someone had seen it before....Thanks again!
