Status Code Error -1073741819

well it starts when i connect to the internet using my
dial-up number....

for example... I connect and open the internet explorer...
...then an error windows comes up about LSA SHELL (EXPORT
VERSION) and a whole bunch of other things and asks if i
would like to send a error report...

then after that goes away... another error comes up which
says system process
c:\windows\system32\lsass.exe error
status code -1073741819. windows will now shut
down.

The problem is that it only happens when i try to connect
to the internet and open the internet explorer.. why??
can someone help me please????

It appears your PC is infected with the Sasser worm.

I would strongly recommend installing Service Pack 2
for Windows XP after removing the Sasser worm.
