I am using windows xp, ie 5, outlook express. Up until 2
weeks ago, I could send mail using stationery. Now the
stationery is received as an attachment. To the best of
my knowledge, I have not downloaded or changed anything
on my computer. I do install updates as they become
available. I also recently (2 weeks ago) put a kodak
picture CD on, but have trashed it. Any help would be
appreciated.
 
What systems are receiving your emails with the stationery as an attachment?
I send them with stationery too. some of the people I send to, their email
software can't figure out what to do with stationary and attaches it as a
stationary. for example, my boss uses Lotus Notes. Any email I send her
comes up with my stationary as an attachement. Some web based email
products can't desypher attachments as well.
