Stationery Problems

I have a user who has problems whenever she tries to reply to an email
message that includes stationery (the original sender is using stationery).
She can view the message without a problem, but if she replies and then
scrolls through the message the text begins overlapping to the point where it
becomes a jumbled mess and she can no longer view the original message or her
reply. She has the same spec (memory, processor, etc) as other machines
which do not have the problem. Has anyone else come across this problem? Is
there a way for her to block people sending her stationery, or remove the
stationery when she replies? Any ideas would be appreciated.

First, have her run a virus check on her pc.

When she clicks on "Reply" to an email, try having her switch from HTML
format to plain text format BEFORE typing the reply message.

If that still doesn't help, maybe she should just print the messages and
then type the reply in a new message. This would eliminate having the
original message (or messages) follow the reply, but y'know, sometimes with
multiple replies, that in itself can get a bit unwieldy!

HTH.
