Stationery not seen in message sent to others

Why is my stationery not seen in messages sent to others? For example: I
created a Windows Mail message to be sent to my other Yahoo email address,
and the stationery background was not seen. Does anyone know? Thanks! :)
 
you have to post in html and check the box for include pictures.

Not all mail programs know what to do with backgrounds so if you look
carefully you will find they show up as an attachment to the mail you sent.
