stationery and signatures as read only

I have created a signature block which includes our letterhead and our actual
signatures. I created it using the WORD edit feature and inserted pictures
of letterhead and signatures. However I discovered that when someone
receives this e-mail they can copy and paste into to WORD and edit and create
their own document using our letterhead and also have access to actual
signatures. Is there a way to secure the signature so that it cannot be
copied and altered?

Of course not. The data is on their computer and they can do what they like
with it.

I realize it is on their computer and they can do with it whatever they like.
That is the problem. Is there a way to make the file a read-only?
