Stationary issues

Hi there,
When creating new messages my stationary works fine, but when I forward a
message or reply to one, the stationary is not added, nor can I manage to add
it manually. Please help, as everyone else at the company has perfectly
functioning stationary. It is save in the right folder as HTML file.
 
Stationery is used for new messages only. You'll need to ask your co-workers
how they add it for replies and forwards.
