Stash Imapi.bin ??

Hi...

Anybody please tell me why the following continues to show each time I
start-up and run: Registry Mechanic v.3.... (1x Error..."Deep Registry")

Section: [HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\Software\Microsoft\IMAPI\StashInfo]

Value: Stash Path = C:\WINDOWS\Temp\Stash Imapi.bin

Correction: Delete this entry.

How can I delete the above...??

The stash file is where a temporary image of your CD is built up when using
Windows XP to record a CD. The file will only actually exist during the CD
burning process.

I've never used Registry Mechanic but I'm guessing that it sees you have a
registry entry pointing to a file that doesn't exist and thinks the registry
entry is old / invalid.

I wouldn't delete this key as I'm not sure whether Windows XP CD burner will
fail if this is missing (it may just re-insert the key to a default
location).
