everythime i restart, the file reappears..how do i remove
this pesky file?

Hi Justin,

Where are you trying to remove it from? See if this helps: Go to
Start/Run/Msconfig/Startup and uncheck the item. From there:

Clear Disabled Items from Msconfig Startup (Line 148)

Or...remove the runkeys from here: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Hi!Justin!
start Run >msconfig >ok > click startup tab- if the file is listed
there uncheck it.>apply
