These sound like Hewlett-Packard software packages. Either you have an HP
system, printer, or scanner, I'd guess.

..bat file, perhaps. Look at it.

OneTouch

Multimedia keyboard software. You've got one of the ones (or the software
installed for one of the ones) that has the things like "search,"
"internet," etc. on it.
