Start up Items in System Configuration Utility

Hi,

I am helping someone who has a fairly new XP laptop and has a very slow
bootup time. I went into the System Configuration Utility and looked at the
items in start up and have compared these to items in startup for other
similar laptops. Here are files that exist in startup on her laptop that do
not exist on others. I wanted to know if anyone knew how necessary these
were. Does anyone know about these types of files.

TFncKy the command says TFnCKy.exe
ITouch This is for a cordless mouse and Keyboard
EM_EXEC This is a logitek folder for the cordless which is the brand of
cordless mouse and keyboard.

ctfmon this is in a Windows/system 32
LogitechDesktop
RAMASST Windows/system32
NvCpl Rundll32.exe
nwiz nwiz.exe.installquiet
Stacmon c:programfiles/SigmaTel
SynTPLpr c:\programfiles\synaptics
SynTPEnh c:\programfiles\synaptics
NDSTray ndstray.exe
TRSMain TPSMain.exe

Thanks,

You can disable all of them. CTFMON will always come back when you open Office.
