Startup with no profiles (not visible at least)

On a PC that once had sevearl profiles and users but now has only one, how
can you delete the password screen that comes up on startup. The startup
proces stops at this point waiting for a passport or at least Enter to be
keyed. All the profiles bar one have been deleted. I would like the PC to
run from start to where I can use for no pauses for any input along the way.

Your help appreciated.
