Startup with Groups Collapsed

I am runing Outlook 2003 under WIN XP Pro. I have Outlook configured to
startup in the Contacts folder.
Is there any way to also automatically starup wiht All Groups Collapsed and
with the Find window open?

I don't know about the Find window part, but you can control how the groups
start out in the view settings -- click the Group By button and make your
selection in the Expand/Collapse Defaults box.
