startup switch /m doesn't run the macro

I have a pretty simple mail-merge document that I want to print and close. I
created a macro in normal.doc called autoprint. I issue a command line
startup command of c:\....winword.exe s:\forms\invoice1.doc /mautoprint and
Word starts and loads the document with the mailmerge data showing but the
macro does not run. On my development machine (all of them are Word 2003) I
can click on print and I get all the letters. On one machine, I only get the
first record letter.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?VmF1Z2hu?=,

/mMacroName will only work when the macro is in the current user's Normal.DOT
template. If you want this macro to execute when you open this particular
document, copy it to the document and name it AutoOpen.

You also need to make sure the macro security settings are correct, so that
macros can run.
