System 32 Files & Folders screen appears when computer is turned on and
Windows begins running. Had previously started Windows in Safe Mode and
followed McAfee's email instructions and successfully eliminated Video and
Email Worm. Now when computer is started, regular screen appears and
everything looks normal, then System 32 screen appears. I can close it and
proceed without problems and it does not appear again until I restart
computer. Have Windows XP Professional, SP2. Thank you for any assistance
you may be able to provide.

If your computer is really clean:

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by an
incomplete program removal, in the:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.
