startup question

How can i get an application to run during startup other
than using a startup script? I need to have the on
screen keyboard start before the login prompt so the user
can use it to type the password. When i use a batch file
along with startup script policy, it takes two minutes
for the keyboard to load and its only doing this delay on
this computer. any help would be appreciated.

Go to "Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories ->
Accessibility -> On-Screen Keyboard", right click, copy.

Got so "Start Menu -> All Programs -> Startup", right
click, explore. Then right click on an empty area in
the "startup" folder and paste.

This should do the trick...
