Startup programs

I can block startup programs using msconfig, but then when I reboot I
always get the "Windows has blocked some startup programs ..." dialog
and the icon in my notification area.

How do I turn off this notification?

Strange, it's working for me now.

Here it is expanded. Just remove the space after "http:"

Worked for me today.
