Startup Programs

Hello All,

Some of the programs in the startup folder are not
automatically running. If we manually open the programs
they are fine. Any ideas as to why?

Also,

Does anyone know where I can locate the startup delayer
utility for Windows XP Pro?

Bad Shortcut ????

The programs are loaded at start. That does not mean they are open. Some
programs run in background and the only way to know if they are running is
through Task Mgr.
