Startup problem win xp he

when i start my computer, i get the error message,
rundll
error loading UDconn.dll,module could not be found,any
idea's?,
i have tried reinstalling windows but that did'nt work,
i've also tried to look for Uconn.dll on dll sites, but
with no sucess
