Startup loop

When I initiate the XP startup the computer gets to the point of loading the
XP Windows logo and then restarts with the same results each time. I think I
accidently deleted some dll file but I have no idea how to fix this. Can
anyone help me? Thanks.
 
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
Pick a date prior to when the problem started. You can go back up
to 90 days.
 
press F8 at bootup gor Advance boot options.
Run System Restore.
start>all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore
