Startup Files

A program no longer on my system tries to run at startup, resulting in an
error message. There is not a shortcut in my Startup folder. What startup
files are there in XP that might contain this command?

Go Start/run.....type in "msconfig"
if it is listed there ..uncheck it and reboot.

they are executed in the following order:

7) WIN.INI [Windows] Run
