Startup Error Message 0x5dd1770e

Hi
I am getting an error message involving winlogon.exe and logonui.exe with
the code "0x5dd1770e" listed as not being able to be written to memory.
I have run virus checks, registry scans and done searches online. I have
two choices - OK or Cancel (to debug) so I click Cancel. The system reboots
and everything works. I go through this each time I turn my system on.
Any advice?
Ryan

Writing to memory type error usually indicate bad RAM. Locate,
download and create the test CD/floppy of MemTest86+. This would test
the RAM and you should replace any defective modules it lists out.
