startup config problem

I hided all the builtin menu but forgot to set the startup form, so I
am running into the problem no forms or procedures would be started
when load the Access file. How could I reset the them?

Hi Jack,

Hold the shift key down while opening your database. Keep it pressed down
the entire time. Then, you should be able to access the startup options by
clicking on Tools > Startup.

Try holding SHIFT while opening the database.
