Access 2007: How do I set the startup form?

In prior version of Access, there was a menu item at Tools: Startup where one
could name the application file, set an icon, and specify the startup form.

I can't for the life of me figure it out in Access 2007. Any help?

Click on the Office Button and choose Access options next to the Exit
Access. click on current database. It is the forth option down in the list.
