Standard Menu Bar has disappeared

I was playing around with the Menu bar settings on my startup form along with
the startup options and somehow I made my "Menu Bar" disappear and it is not
showing up in Toolbars tab under Customize (right-click on toolbar =>
customize). I checked the startup options and everything is checked and I
deleted everything from the Menu bar field in the startup form. I don't know
what else to do . Is there a way to reset all the settings in Access?
Please help!

Also ensure that the "Menu bar" combo box has "(default)" selected.

Right-click on the Toolbar and select "Customize..." from the pop-up menu.
Select the "Toolbars" tab and scroll down and ensure that the "Menu bar"
check box is marked. Next, select "Menu bar" in the list box, then press
the "Properties" button to open the "Toolbar Properties" dialog window.
Ensure that the "Allow Showing/Hiding" checkbox is unchecked, then close the
"Toolbar Properties" dialog window.

Select the "Close" button to close the Customize dialog window. If you
still don't see the "Menu bar" CommandBar, then close the database and
reopen it. If you still don't see it after reopening the database, then
open the Customize dialog window again and press the "Reset" button on the
"Toolbars" tab. (Unfortunately, that will reset all CommandBars.) Select
the "Close" button to close the Customize dialog window. You may have to
close and reopen the database to see the latest changes.
