Menu and toolbar disappear

Hi,

I got a databaase from friend. I open it and my toolbar and menu disappear.
The disappearnce of the toolbars and menu bar cause by CommandBars("Menu
Bar").Enabled = false
How can I bring them back?

.... I guess by executing CommandBars("Menu Bar").Enabled = true
