Startup CD for WindowsXP?

Is there a site where I can create a startup CD for
WindowsXP. My version only boots from floppy's and I want
to install it on a laptop where I can't use a floppy.

What "version" of WinXP do you have? All legitimate WinXP
installation CDs are bootable.

All legitimate XP CDs are bootable. Also, You can't install the same
copy/license on more then one PC at a time.
