Startup and Logon HELP!!!

I want to leave my workstation (Win2K Pro) ON and at the Login screen while
I'm away.

At the end of each day I do a Start/Restart and want it to stay at the Login
screen.

Until recently this worked, but now when I return I am at the its safe to
turn off your computer screen and I have to power off and on again.

Anyone know how to fix this this?

Have you checked your event log to if it shows when your PC shutdown. See
what event(s) happened just before the shutdown.

I would check your Power options in the control panel.

Nope Not the problem...Power is set to ALWAYS ON...never...never...never

No hibernate support

When I press power button --> Power Off.
