I can't get windows xp pro to start on my computer. When I turn it on, it
get's to the windows xp and the loading line but does not go past that. The
lights do not change on the front of my computer like they do when something
is trying to load. Computer works in safe mode and I went through all the
diag screens for os won't load and it didn't find any problem. I tried to
start from last work version and tried to start from a system restore point
and same thing. Anyone know what I can do to fix ??

Hello,

Try enabling Boot Logging and examine the log in Safe Mode. See if it yields
any clues.

From http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222
Enable Boot Logging: This option turns on logging when the computer is
started with any of the Safe Boot options except Last Known Good
Configuration. The Boot Logging text is recorded in the Ntbtlog.txt file in
the %SystemRoot% folder.
