| Thank you for responding.
| We are an institution that has 500 nodes on our Admin
| network. 400 of these are Dell OptiPlex GX 50s with a
| fairly vanilla configuration. We had no problem completing
| the SP2 to SP4 upgrade and then configuring the SUS
| clients.
| We have another 100 nodes that are OptiPlex GX 60s with
| substantially more software, including Netscape 7.02 with
| Composer, full blown Adobe, RealPlayer and a couple of
| other apps. In these machines during the SP4 upgrade, we
| need to manually install the csapti31.dl_ and sp3res.dll.
| The installation completes and after we configure the
| Automatic Updates, the BITS and Automatic Updates services
| say "starting", however we cannot get these machines to
| update.
| Please let me know if any more information would be
| beneficial, and thank you again for helping with this most
| frustrating situation.
