Starting RRAS Stops IIS

When I start RRAS IIS stops responding.

Have a fairly simple Windows 2000 server with 2 Nic's. One external
and one internal.

Any help would be great.

When you say IIS stops responding, what exactly do you mean? Are you unable
to admin IIS locally? When trying to reach a website on the box is it not
responding?

If you net stop remoteaccess, does IIS start responding again?
