starting problem

when i install another hard disk to fix it ( one master and the other slave " after i format the slave from inside the master and i disconnect the slave ... i got " disk error reading" occured press ctrl+alt+del to restart so i cant run windowsxp
in brief the system forced me to restart continuous rebooting plz help me
note : system fat is ntf

When you install another hard disk to fix *what*? You never told us what
the original problem was! Start from the beginning, using complete
sentences and good punctuation. This isn't an issue of me being The
Cross Grammar Lady - it's because we can't see your computer from here
