I've been using Outlook 2003 for 2 years now. Recently when Outlook first
starts, it searches for a disk in the floopy drive. It gives me the error
message that there is not a disk in the drive. I have to cancel 3 times
before I am able to use Outlook. Any ideas what happened to create this
problem?

Hi,

There are several reasons Outlook may try to access the floppy disk drive:

- To access a personal folder
- To save archive information
- To access a reminders sound file
- Journaling Office documents opened from Diskette

Please access the following Knowledge Base article for more information.
