Starting outlook 2003

Every time I start Outlook 2003, I get the error message :-
"The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL."
When I click OK on this message it reappears and it
consistently takes six clicks of OK before it finally
goes. The programme then appears to function normally.
Any suggestions as to what this is and how I can get rid
of it.

Install the latest MDAC version. It is available via
www.microsoft.com/downloads
