Starting my computer by clicking a key on keyboard or moving my mouse

I want to start my computer (with the tower on)when it
hibernates etc. by clicking a keyboard key or moving my
mouse...How do I do dat?????????
 
Those are power options that are available in your motherboards bios. Mine
will turn on by hitting the space bar from a completely powered off state.
