Start windows in safemode

Hello,
I start windows in safe mode thought a windows application
msconfig.exe, but i can't logon with
the same password as normal mode.

I want to put again in normal mode but a can't logon
in windows again to change. How can i resolve my problem?

I already try push F8 key
