When I turn on my P.C. I get a message saying "pchnotify.exe has encountered
a problem and has to close"
Can anyone tell me what this is and how to get rid of it.

This pertains to HP and Compaq Desktop PCs with Windows XP Operating
System.
Uninstall it.
