Simple test try to Rename this File to:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ Rmhtacvq.dllold
Reboot your machine and see if any application cried for it!.
If not then your computer is infected or you have a corrupt application on
your system.
In either run a scan from a reputable vendor and see if your machine is clean.
HTH.

Do a thorough check for malware following all of the steps at one of these

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
For quite a few people it's by installing Messenger Plus, whose ads for
malware don't identify the malware as such and try to convince you that you
owe it to the author. See also:

Don't ever do a "default" install of anything. Always choose Custom and see
what else is being carried along. Don't install any extras you're not sure
of.

If the file can't be located, renaming the non-existent file won't help
either.

A Google Groups search showed no mention of that file, other than your
post. That suggests that some malware was removed, but the reference to
the file was not removed from the registry.

Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK. Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane. Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file. Press F3 to continue
the search.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop, attach
the file to a post in this thread; someone might note whether it's safe
to delete first. If you remove it and there's a problem, double-click
the .reg file you exported to the Desktop and it'll be added to the
registry again. You can create a restore point before editing the
registry too.
