With Windows 2000 where do you go to get in your start up menu to take out the check marks?
I can find it in 98 and XP but not 2000. Ususally I can type in msconfig in (run) box, but not allowed.
I just want to get in there and take out some of the start up junk..

Just go to the following folder and delete any unwanted
items
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start
Menu\Programs\Startup

Also do the same for what ever user you login as in the
documents and settings folder.
