Start up trying to remove non existant applications

I removed Lotus Smartsuite from my System.
The uninstall seems to have left some sort of "hook"
hanging out for startup because I keep getting an error
message saying its trying to uninstall Lotus but cant.
Any ideas on wher I look to get rid of the "hook"

run msconfig.exe
go to startup, and see if you can find anything useful there.
