Hi

Two questions
1. My new pc came with a Supanet isp connection prog that opens every time on startup. I can't figure out how to stop this running - I know I'm being thick, but any suggestions
2. The Temporary Internet Files folder doesn't seem to be in the same place for xp as it was for ME and 2000. Where do I go to find it and to delete the contents

Many thanks
Ian.

1.Start> Run> type "Msconfig" ,OK. On the System
Configuration goto the startup tab, uncheck what you
don't want starting. Apply> OK. Next time you re-boot
you'll get a warning, check the box and ok.

2. Get this free and check what you want cleaned.

1. Check the START|ALL PROGRAMS|START UP directory (folder) first. If
there is a shortcut to program that requires dial-up, remove it. If not,
post a reply below indicating what you have already tried, and more
suggestions will be forthcoming.

2. Control Panel|INTERNET OPTIONS|Temporary Internet Files...
There's a CLEAR HISTORY button, among other options.
