1) When I close windows, a grey window appears, a small
one, It closes a program or file named: ccApp ... It is
associated with my Nortons Anti Virus (Symantec) ... well
it appears everytime i'm closing down the pc !!!

2) At start up i get a small window saying;
wupdater "data1.dat" missing and couldn't be loaded ...
I've seen both thes programs or files when i checked the
system in the help and support site.

I know i'm probably being a pest and you have more
important things to deal with but some assistance would
be good as it's got me stumped, and i'm not a novice to
the computer. HELP !!!

PS. I'm also getting a window telling me i'm low on
Virtual Memory not to mention how slow the computer runs
sometimes.
HELP AGAIN !!!

I wouldn't be to concerned about the ccApp problem, but your wupdater issue
is clearly a spyware problem. I would go to www.lavasoftusa.com and
download a
free copy of Ad-Aware. After you install the program, be sure and click
"Check for updates" before scanning your system. After the scan completes
and you get to the results screen, right-click on any check box and choose
"Select all objects". Click next or finish and it will quarantine all the
spyware and adware items it detects. You should repeat the scan process
multiple times until it finds zero items. Some spyware can be tricky to
delete and requires these multiple scans to be removed. If you get to a
point that you have a stubborn few that still will not remove, post a notice
at the help forum at www.lavasoftsupport.com and someone will gladly help
you. Also, you should probably scan your system frequently for spyware.
Each new day that you scan for spyware, you should click on Check for
updates as updates are released very often as new spyware is discovered.
You get spyware from clicking in the wrong places. Be careful of the
programs you install on your computer and just be carefull where you click
on the web and in spam.

For the low virtual memory issue, I would ask how much RAM do you have. If
you have at least 256mb, you should be fine. On the other hand at least
512mb is best. If you have enough memory, this problem could easily be
associated with your spyware problem. Spyware like viruses can told hold of
your machine and start running programs that take huge amounts of system
resources. Hopefully this along with your ccApp problem will disappear once
you get rid of the spyware.
