error codes

When i scan for updates in windows updates i get error
code 0x800c0005 does anyone know how to fix this, on media
player i'm getting the error code c00d11cd again how do i
fix, since installing norton firewall i can no longer get
in to msn messenger error codes 0x81000370 & 0x81000301 &
lastly when my pc starts up a box with wupdater- data1.dat
was not found please some one help me fix these errors
