Start Up Question!

I'm experiencing a complete brain block right now, but can you please tell me
what the term is called when you want to look into your Startup Items to see
what's running in the background. The only thing I can remember at this point
is Start, Run and then you type in the term or word to go right to it.

It's not a "term" or "word," it's a program. There are several such
programs, but the one you are probably thinking of, the one that comes
with Windows, is MSCONFIG.
