Start up program in tray

I have a program that I want to run at start up but not show in the task bar,
if possible, like maybe run in the tray in the lower right hand corner (where
the clock is). Is this possible.

I am pretty sure there is a way to add and remove things from the tray.

Put a shortcut to it in your Startup folder. It will run next time
you start your computer

You can customise the Notications tray. Right click on vacant area of
tray. Unlock the Taskbar, select Customise Notications, item in Tray and
using the scroll bar to the right of the item change to Always Hide.
Lock the Taskbar.

Hope this helps.

But it will still show in the task bar.

This is what he wants to stop.
