How do I get Vista to load up with out stopping to show me my name and the
requiring me to click to move on?

If you are the only user or you're not concerned about allowing others
access to your PC remove all other accounts and your password if you have
one.

Also take a look at this. It was written for XP but it probably applies to
Vista as well.

Go to Start > Accessories > Run > type 'control userpasswords2', then
uncheck the box that says "Users must enter a user name and password to use
this computer".
