If you've recently installed IE7 then you might want to go to
this newsgroup.

Enter GetProcessImageFileNameW and PSAPI.DLL in the Search box.
I think you'll find several threads dealing with that issue.

You might also want to take a look at these articles.

Also, look here,

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=GetProcessImageFileNameW&btnG=Google+Search

Bottom line is you need to search your computer for any file
named PSAPI.DLL and rename those that are not in the
C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder.

Good luck

This error message may be due to a program or programs (currently identified
"culprits" include Motive SmartBridge, Hal Screen Reader and Supernova
Reader Magnifier by Dolphin) that ship with an older version of PSAPI.DLL
Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located
in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

To work around this error:

Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge (\Program
Files\Verizon...or something else\Smart...)
Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL
Reboot the system
The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory
and function normally.
