Start Up problems

When I try to startup windows 2000, I get an error
message - 1880 PCI/PNP error! No hardware interrupt
available, which causes me not to be able to start up.

I need help with next error: 1880 PCI/PNP error No hardware interrupt available
My pc is IBM
with Windows XP

Response to: (e-mail address removed) or to here.

This error is introduced after an incoming USB memory in the order and then remove it.
