Hi,
Start/run msinfo32, expand the software environment and click on the startup
programs. Locate the line loading d:\cdsetup.exe and make note of which
registry key it is loading from (you may have to move the column headers
around a bit to see the full key). Start/run regedit, go to that key and
look for a string in the left pane that corresponds to that command. Click
on it and hit the <delete> key.
