I'm getting a message that Windows cannot find
E:\CDsetup.exe and I should remove it from my registry.
Where in the registry should I look for this?

Look in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

And

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
